Ollie Gould Consulting is a talent-development practice for sales and recruitment businesses — fourteen years of learning and development distilled into programmes that move the numbers, from BD bootcamps to leadership tracks. Ollie arrived with the credentials — award-winning in-house training and DISC behavioural-profiling qualifications — but needed an identity to match.

The brief was a complete brand and the collateral to launch it: a confident logo, a set of LinkedIn banners for a consistent professional presence, a stats-led brochure that sells the outcomes, and a branded slide template for his BD Power Sessions training.

The OG monogram locks the two letters into a single continuous form — a quiet nod to momentum and partnership. Navy carries the credibility, magenta brings the energy, and a lime accent flags the headline numbers. Tall, condensed, all-caps type keeps everything assertive and space-efficient — direct and high-energy, like the training itself.

Three banner colourways give Ollie a consistent, recognisable presence across his professional profiles — each pairing the logo with the positioning line, 'Talent Development Specialist from Day 1,' and a direct contact address.

A single page does the selling. It opens on the headline result — a 225% increase in new business after a BD bootcamp — then lays out the programmes (Future Leaders, Coaching, the Delivery Masterclass, BD Bootcamp, Academy, and Consulting) alongside the proof points and client logos that back them up. Bold numbers, tight hierarchy, and the brand's lime accents keep the eye moving down the page toward the call to act.
