Intangible Originals — E-commerce Website
E-commerce website for a Ukrainian cultural artifact shop — minimal, product-first design that connects customers with cultural heritage.
Visit live siteIntangible Originals is an online shop selling Ukrainian cultural artifacts — from traditional Lizhnyky (woven textiles) to Tryzub-emblazoned merchandise and culturally meaningful items that connect diaspora communities with heritage. The shop is affiliated with Ukrainian Dance World and Cobblestone Freeway, serving as a cultural retail arm for both organizations.
The brief was to build a clean, minimal e-commerce site that lets the products lead while providing the infrastructure to support purchase decisions — clear product photography, straightforward navigation, and a trustworthy checkout flow.
Approach
The visual design is deliberately minimal — clean backgrounds, generous white space, and typography that steps back to let product photography lead. The site structure is simple: hero message, product grid, and straightforward navigation to shop categories. The e-commerce integration prioritizes a frictionless purchase flow with clear product details, pricing transparency, and a checkout process that feels trustworthy. Performance optimization ensures product images load quickly without sacrificing quality — important for culturally significant items where visual detail matters.
"The site does exactly what we needed — clean, simple, and it makes our products look great. Customers can browse, find what resonates, and check out without friction."
