My approach combines systems thinking with deep user research — building design systems that scale, shaping product strategy, and working closely with Engineering and Data to deliver outcomes that hold up. I'm drawn to the messy, high-stakes problems that need both rigour and vision to solve.
I've scaled a loyalty platform to 16 million users at RBC, shaped a national immersive learning strategy at CITB, and driven platform-level IA at Geotab — always partnering across Product, Engineering, and Research to make sure the right things get built right.
