How I Work
My approach combines systems thinking with deep user research — building design systems that scale, shaping product strategy, and working closely with Engineering and Data to deliver outcomes that hold up. I'm drawn to the messy, high-stakes problems that need both rigour and vision to solve.
I've scaled a loyalty platform to 16 million users at RBC, shaped a national immersive learning strategy at CITB, and driven platform-level IA at Geotab — always partnering across Product, Engineering, and Research to make sure the right things get built right.
Experience
Career Timeline
Leading platform-level IA and design systems across the MyGeotab fleet management suite. Driving cross-functional research, shaping long-term product design strategy, and recognised as a top-5% performer in 2024 and 2025.
Scaled the Avion Rewards loyalty platform to 16 million users. Redesigned the points transfer experience — reducing drop-off significantly — and grew the design research capability from 2 to 8 practitioners.
Led design research programmes for BBC, Shell, Unilever, and government clients. Specialised in ethnographic fieldwork, contextual inquiry, and behaviour change research within social impact and media sectors.
Human factors research and industrial design across healthcare, FMCG, and consumer products for clients including Smith & Nephew, Roche, CooperVision, and Coca-Cola.
MDes Industrial Design. Dissertation focused on human factors in medical device interaction design. Graduated first class with distinction.
